I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the valuable training that you have provided to our employees. The quality of the training has become very evident within the past couple of weeks and I am delighted to say that the response of our first aid personnel is absolutely spot on.

Only today I observed a scenario where a young man was suffering chest pains and pains in his arm and leg, James randomly picked one of the first aiders you trained and we attended to the casualty. Immediately the first aider was in full flow taking command of the situation whilst obtaining all of the required information. The casualty was escorted to the first aid room where he was made comfortable until the emergency services arrived. Eventually the casualty was taken to hospital. This is a credit to you and your training and once again I would like to thank you on behalf of UK Data Capture Ltd. I would definitely recommend your services in the future.
